Shipping Area

We currently ship only to the continental United States.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days of receiving payment.
Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or product launches). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We partner with reputable carriers to ensure timely delivery. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

Order Issues & Delays

If there are any issues with your shipment (e.g., delays, missing items, or damage), please contact us at support@wildblood.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen shipments. If you believe your package was misdelivered or stolen, please contact the carrier directly and notify us—we’ll do our best to assist.
